Hi, I'm Niamh!
I decided to start my online business earlier this year because I wanted to create a life where I would have the freedom to spend more time with my family and enjoy doing the things I love most.
For the last 6 years, I have worked as a nurse and midwife. Over the last few years, I found that I was taking the stress of work home with me after long shifts. I knew it was something that wasn’t sustainable long term, and it was impacting both my physical and mental well-being.
I began to look for another way, and after coming across this opportunity I could see the positive impact it would have on my life. Another huge factor for me is that I would continue to be able to help and support other women through their own journeys.
Since starting my online business; I have had the freedom to work on my terms, and have felt huge positive changes to my mindset. I can’t wait to support you to do the same!

I got my online business up and running in October 2022 alongside my full time job in medical research.

I had just bought my first home in my dream location, had a good job with a decent salary but it just wasn't making me happy.

Now just less than a year on I have been able to leave my full time job in order to focus on this business!

And more importantly this business is not only already bringing in more than my previous salary but it has also allowed me to work from places like Jamaica, Snowdonia and around the UK!

So now when its sunny I can get myself out into the hills without having to ask anyone for permission!
